How do I track the status of my support ticket?


To view a ticket, please login to:

https://secure.mediacatch.com/billing/
or, if you have submitted a ticket from an email that is not your main billing email,
https://secure.mediacatch.com/support/

Enter the email address that you use to submit tickets and password that you have obtained from this system. You will be logged in to view all of the open and closed tickets that we have on record from that email address by clicking the "View Tickets" link.
