What happens if my credit card is declined?


If your credit card is declined on a recurring charge, you will be notified promptly and you will need to login to the billing panel and manually pay the invoice. If you know for a fact that your credit card should have charged successfully, then please contact your credit card company to have them accept MediaCatch. Sometimes credit card companies decline it as an anti-fraud measure if you have no history with us.
