Do you provide SMTP mail support?


Yes, your SMTP host will be mail.YOURDOMAIN.com. You will need to enable SMTP Authentication. There are times when your ISP blocks access to other mail servers, On such occasions, please use the SMTP port 26.

Also, please note that the hosting accounts have an email limit of 100 per hour and we have a strict double opt-in email policy. If you need to send out mass emails for newsletters or you feel you will reach around 100 per hour, please contact us beforehand by submitting a sales ticket.
