Backed up Secure Storage

Backed up Secure storage is our way of saying that your data on our servers are made redundant and stored securely on our backup servers. All of our web servers and backup servers feature RAID(Redundant Array of Independent Disks). This means that if a hard drive fails, the server remains online, data is intact, and we are notified to replace the bad hard drive.

The best part is, you can restore this backed up data all from your control panel with the MediaRestore feature.

For clients with MediaRestore, backups are run twice a day, and are held for the past 30 days. Otherwise, clients without MediaRestore have monthly backups which can only be accessed via a support ticket and for a $15 restore fee.
