I forgot my username and/or password to the billing system.

If you forgot or lost your username for the billing system, please submit a Billing ticket with the following information:

- Domain on the account and/or domain username

- Last 4 digits of credit card on file or a PayPal transaction ID (available in your PayPal control panel)

- Any other identifiable information

If you forgot or lost your password for the billing system, please use the "Forgot my Password" link located on the billing page, https://secure.mediacatch.com/billing/
