Can't send email with my email client

1. Check outgoing mail server: should be mail.yourdomain.com (replace .com with your top level domain, as necessary, e.g. .net, .ca, .biz)
2. Make sure you've checked the box for 'My server requires authentication'.
3. Box to Logon using Secure Password Authentication should NOT be checked.
4. Check to make sure outgoing mail server port is set to 25
5. Check your authentication user name: it should be your mail account email address youruser@yourdomain.com (replace .com with your top level domain, as necessary, e.g. .net, .ca, .biz)
6. Note that some email clients, e.g. Apple Mail on Panther OS, do not allow + in the email, so be sure to use @.
7. If it still fails, try changing outgoing mail server port to 587
8. If it still fails, please contact support after confirming all of the above, and verifying that your webmail is working ok, we may try using a dedicated IP for your e-mail, or ask you to try another e-mail client.
