Will my clients know I am a reseller?

Generally, no. We take all measures to prevent your customers from finding MediaCatch or realizing you are a reseller.

Here are some of the measures we take to preserve our reseller's branding:

1. Our servers' host names are currently registered with generic names, such as pronameservices.net or extremedns.biz, rather than mediacatch.com.
2. When you purchase your reseller plan, you are given two dedicated IPs, and your own custom nameservers.  A whois lookup will therefore point to your own nameservers.

It is impossible to be completely transparent, however, as network routing traces can detect every company in the chain between your client's computer and your server.  MediaCatch would just be one company in a long chain if a customer were to do this, however.
